We are having openings for Agency Development Manager in MNC Health & Life Insurance

Job location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane / Pune / Ahmedabad / Gujarat All Over.

CTC: Upto 5Lac + Perks

Age-23 to 35.

Purpose of Role:-

• ADM will be recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them. Achieve sales target in his/ her assigned territory.
• Appointing the sales force team who is already having an IRDA certification.Engage, motivate and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
• Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

* Minimum Qualification-Graduate.

* 2 year experience in Insurance sales. Experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, Consumer Goods Pharma sales.

* Need to have hunger for growth in life.

* Proficiency in English and local language.

* Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
