Job Description

Candidature (International Semi Voice, Voice, Non Voice)
- Require candidates with excellent communication skills (verbal/written). chat experience is Beneficial
-Candidate should be comfortable with sales/upselling and resolving customer queries via chat
-Target Oriented - Work efficiently towards achieving the process requirement and meet the specified quality standards
-Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Candidates should be comfortable to work in Rotational Shifts.
-5 day working and 2 Rotational Off (depending on requirement)

Rounds of Interview-
1.HR
2.Assessments (Essay writing, Grammar test, and Typing test)
3. Operations Round.
Work Location - Pritech , Ecospace - Bangalore.
