Roles and Responsibilities
- Be a hunter and look for low hanging fruits which can get quick closure.
- Making outbound calls to mid/senior-level B2B clients Domestic and International.
- Map defined geography by various online tools like LinkedIn, Job Boards, Career sites, etc.
- Meet clients and build strong relationship and sell online assessments.
- Pitch both HireMee CSR and PRO solutions.
- Product presentation
- Gather the clients requirement along with JD.
- Create a Daily Call Report (DCR) along with filling CRM on daily basis.
- Create projection sheet managing the complete pipeline of potential clients.
- Be proactive about solving problems even if its outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
- Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status.
- Handle defined set of accounts and area from which you need to close new business consistently and continuously look for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information.
In case weekly numbers are not met, Saturday needs to us utilized to catch up with the targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any qualification with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Someone who has prior experience of handling a small sales team, selling HRMS solutions to HR/L&D (B2B) is mandatory. Corporate selling to Telecom or HR industry may also apply.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills is a must.
- Hard-working with passion towards work and stretch beyond work timing.
- Strong convincing and negotiation power along with presentation skills.
- An extrovert, who can influence people around by building strong relationship.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to persuade clients.
- Multi-tasker, who can work on parallel projects together.
