Job description :
- 12-18 years Experience in Software Development & Automated Testing
- Accountable for Creating CoE Strategy / Roadmap in terms of People, Process, Technology capabilities, team building, GTM (expand)
- Provide Leadership in Strategic Direction & build Automation Roadmap for Center of Excellence
- Define Automation Test Strategy / Methodology and Operating Model of CoE in line with the business objectives and strategic direction to realize revenue targets
- Strong Leadership and Automation delivery experience
- Good understanding of application Automation for Digital business - Web and Mobile and Process Automation
- Enhance the automation testing capability with respect to Tools & Services.
- Provide direction and Lead / Support testing RFI / RFPs.
- Execute common process deployments across Org. Delivery units - Estimation, Tool coverage etc.
- Stakeholder management across Sales, Delivery, Finance, IT, Product, HR, Admin and TA.(expand)
- Drive People Excellence / Team management. Setup Best People practices
- Setting up Strategic, Tactical and Operational Governance. Publish KPI's / Dashboards
- Capability Building across the unit for Automation. Cross skilling and creating a culture of continuous Learning
- Create awareness and support training programs on automated testing covering different tools and technologies.
- Develop new testing services business line that includes Mobility space and support Sales team in creating testing services collaterals and GTM strategy.
- Provide direction, monitor and track the utilization of COE team.
- Explore new tools and technologies, IP creation and position the automation testing space to the next level.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
