Job Description

Location:Hyderabad Positions:2 Exp Level: 12-16 Years NP: Immediate - 1 Month NP Only Hyderabad Candidates Responsibilities Lead a team of 20+ developers focused in Enterprise product development
Management of feature development, design, code review, unit test, debug, and feature test.
Management of deliverables, with oversight of schedule commitments.
Interaction and collaboration with cross-organizational teams, development associates, product managers, and requirements engineers to deliver feature content.
Own the with Engineering teams in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that designs and implementations follow DevOps best practices
Requirements
Overall 12+ years of experience and 2-3 years of experience in DevOps
5 years of min experience in direct team management
Solid experience in leading agile teams
Ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals both in person and virtually
Ability to communicate effectively with and to influence team members and external groups
Ability to present formal and informal presentations in various settings; one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and senior management
Strong background on Agile software development process and best practices like Continuous integration/delivery, Test driven development, Automation, DevOps method & tool set etc. to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of deliverables
Strong background on programming in Java and Web technologies.
Strong experience & exposure on Enterprise software development
Experience on varied architectural patterns like SOA
Good Knowledge in design, deployment of web and mobile apps
Working experience in RESTful APIs
Automated Testing integration utilizing Selenium / Cucumber
Continuous integration experience (Jenkins / JIRA / Maven / Git)
Test Driven Development (TDD) experience
