Key Activities and Responsibilities
Requirement Engineering & identification of Implicit requirement for
project.
Test scoping , planning and size & effort estimation.
Expertise in Execution of Complex algorithm/ Feature
Must be able to perform RC analysis for defect leak
Define Test Methodology for project.
Analyse defect trend of project( Improvisation plan)
Able to provide Testing project Roadmaps of a category( Leverage
Testing, Automation, Test. Skills Deliverables
Delivery of projects with Quality according to the planned milestones
and project phases.
Build internal team capability.
Accountable for Requirement to release process in CLM for project
Responsible for Maintaining Project Metrics
Articulate & express the status of project by asking for right inputs
during Project Milestone
Ensure Quality of Project with Zero delivered defects
Processes / Decision Owned
Signoff on work package r.,
