Oracle Finance Functional Consultant @ Winfo Consulting

WINFO Solutions is seeking a senior level Oracle Financials Functional Lead, who is clever, curious, and energized by solving problems and improving our customers lives. You will collaborate with a talented and supportive team to continuously deliver new and exciting innovations to our clients.
What You will Do:

Lead functional tracks on Winfos Implementation engagements
Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Payments, Expenses, CM and FA) or Oracle Projects/PPM (Costing, Billing and Management).
Able to map customers business process to Oracle Financial processes
Able to configure EBS Financials to align with customers business processes
Lead customers in identifying test scenarios
Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration, and acceptance testing
Facilitate knowledge transfer

What You will Bring:

Lead Experience in Oracle Financials Applications implementations and/or upgrades
Completed 1+ Oracle Cloud implementations
5 years of ERP Implementation Experience
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team
Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Organized and detailed oriented
Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
A commerce, finance, or accounting degree (or equivalent experience)
