Retail Finance

JOB Description

# Processing of account transactions, financing payments, financing account maintenance and related documentation based on approved request documents in accordance with agreed time standards

#Having Wide knowledge in #Posting / Approving entries in Customer & General Ledger transaction

#knowledge of processing installment recoveries, postponements, and Rescheduling liabilities

# Experience in processing the Partial/Full settlement of liabilities & release vehicle mortgage post facility settlement

#Investigation of customer, branch and vendor inquiries

#Performing reconciliation of transactions / accounts, taking corrective action on outstanding items and escalate any long outstanding items

Payments :

# Candidates should possess knowledge of processing Swift payments, Cash payments ,cash investigations, Nostro Reconciliation, Swift Investigations, NEFT handling, Payment Investigations, Fund Transfer

# Cancelling & amending payment instructions and when advised by the customer through the secure channel or the investigations department

# Sorting Payments according to currency, value dates , business units Inward & Outward Remittances of Multiple Currencies

Card Operations:

Job Description:

Card Issuance

#Wide knowledge on Card Operations#

#Issuance of Card, Analyzing the KYC documents with reference to issuance of card.

#Data entry with accuracy for new applications which is to be done on the same day of receipt

Chargeback:

#Analyzing the dispute

#Processing & Having a wide knowledge of Retrieval request /TC 40 Reporting/ Exceptional Reporting/ Chargeback / Representment Handling / Pre filing (Pre-arbitration ) / II Chargeback / Arbitration filing through VROL & Mastercom (Master card)

# Knowing the VISA & Master card Scheme Rules & Regulations

Card Maintenance:

# Having experience in retail credit card banking operations

# Having Knowledge in Credit Card Maintenance activities like Card Cancellation, Easy Installment Plan, Card Replacement, Reward Redemption, Limit decrease / Increase , Credit Shield, Address/ Email & Phone Number updation, Card Renewal, Installment acceleration, Reversals, Cashbacks, Balance Transfer, Cash on Call Activities, Card Blocking, Card Fund transfer activates.

# Ensure that all daily Activities / Operations are carried out with the maximum efficiency, security control & safeguard the financial interests of our Card Business

Card Settlement:

#Knowledge on card settlement process (Visa & Master card)

# Processing of VISA/MasterCard incoming and outgoing files in the Edit Package

#Prepare settlement entries relating to these incoming, outgoing, ATM and other various transactions

#Preparing and posting financial entries related to settlements of Card Operations in the Banking system

#Timely input of all financial transactions such as payments, adjustments (credit & debit) , reversals, manual fees etc

#Reviewing ATM transaction report and action the amounts that are short or excess reported by the branches

GPCU

Job Description:

#Reviewing & Reconciling GL of Profit on Closed Accounts

#Checking & Processing of daily rejected NSF and deposit Items transactions

#Rectification of SIC code in the system

#Monitoring, follow-up and prepare monthly designated GL Outstanding / Reporting

#Analyzing Four and more Cheque Returns Account Closure

#Preparing, follow-up and mail Police Letter for Cheque return to branches

#Processing Online Police Letters

#Resolving investigations and inquiries initiated by section to the specified service standards.

Shift timings - 8AM to 10pm (Any 9 hours)

5 days working: (Friday - Fixed off & One rotational off in a week )

Location: Chennai Ambattur Ambit

Notice Period : Maximum 30 Days immediate joiners are more preferable

4 - 9 years experience & 6.5 CTC
