age criteria 30 to 35.Position: Sales Manager- Business Development (BD)
Description: Sales Manager- BD will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion
for e-Trio. Candidate will be reporting directly to the Head- Business Development. The candidate will be
responsible for managing the existing business and expanding the client base along with forging of new
strategic alliances for finance and insurance of EVs.
Experience:
3-5 years of total relevant experience including strong B2B and Key Account Management experience
1-2 years of experience in logistics/ automotive or related industry will be preferred
Key Job Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Develop and implement sales plan for the assigned product segment and territory
Achieve set targets for revenues, client acquisition, retention and contribution
Build customer database, generate leads through different sources and drive conversion effectively
Establish strong, long-lasting customer relationships through customer lifecycle management
Identify potential opportunities and provide inputs for business growth based on market insights,
competition benchmarking and client feedback analysis
Prepare and present authentic and adequate monthly MIS covering key performance metrics
Co-create sales collaterals include brochures, pambphlets, proposals, company presentaiton
Strategic Alliances:
Map product wise strategic partner requirements across different aspects of finance,
insurance, EW, RSA among others
Establish, manage and expand region-wise, product wise strategic partnerships.
Ensure optimization of alliance potential utilization and search for growth prospects.
