Senior JAVA Developer @ IRIS Business

Job Description

Translating business requirements into well- engineered &tested application/ systems
System designing, Documentation, Development & Coding
Lead a team of developers, provide direction as needed for resolution of issues, task prioritization, scheduling etc
Assessing product requirements and functional specifications
Work closely with technical team to support high availability services in all phases of the software development process.
Collaborate with stake holders / business groups to design and implement systems that provide long term scalability, reliability, and performance
Debugging, preparing test cases.
Desired profile of the candidate :
The candidate must have Core JAVA development experience for 5 years
Technical expertise in Core Java (Collections, Multi- threading) , XML, XSLT, XQuery
Expertise in programming, code development, code debugging, testing and trouble shooting
Proficiency in problem solving & analytical skills with an eye on detailing
Knowledge on development methodologies and technologies, such as Object Oriented design and analysis, n- tier architectures and distributed environments.
Ability to think creatively
