Job Description
Roles and
Wipro is hiring for 3years-6years experience Non-IT HR Recruiter professionals @ Chennai Location.
Requirements:
- 3 Years of work experience in Non IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) like BPO Hiring, Backend profile hiring
- Hands on experience with various end to end recruitment (sourcing , screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and offer) and vendor hiring, bulk hiring.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Strong Experience of Stakeholder/client management ( that included - Building Positive Relationships with them , Gaining Valuable Insight and Information from them, Strengthening Stakeholder Commitment & Facilitating Successful Candidates)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience working with MS Office, MS Excel Advanced, MS Word and Power Point
- Candidate must posses Good communication in English
- Exemplary knowledge in ATS Tool- Workday, Taleo, Global view, Peoplesoft or any other HRMS

> Role requires Travel across Wipro locations across South Region
> Should know how to work on Linked in Recruit & other search tools.
Education: MBA Manadate
Work Shift Timing- 11:30am to 9pm
