Education

• Graduation degree mandatory
• Educational Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in CSE, MCA, Electronics and Electrical, Electronic &Communications and Information Technology.

Experience

• 6 months to 1 yr of experience as Software Developer mandatory
• Software support experience or knowledge is mandatory
• freshers with IT background can be considered
• Basic experience in IT support both Hardware and software

Job Description
The Basic responsibilities of IT Support Executive will be:
- Solve the queries of the clients regarding Hardware and Software
- Provide Training to new clients regarding Software
- Get feedback from customers about the software user friendliness and help the coding team achieve high user acceptability
- Should be customer centric
- Update key customers about the new software development.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good command over written and spoken English is must.
- Basic knowledge of how software stuff/code works
- B.Tech or BCA is preferred
