Job Description

Requirements

We are now looking for a Test leadership that will help raise/maintain a high level of software quality in design, develop, configure, test for global deployment of relevant IT applications .

The role requires proficiency of IT Applications Testing and best practices to ensure high quality delivery through the team.

He/she should have strong experience on functional/non-functional (automation) testing.

Candidate will be expected to have experience on Requirement Analysis, Test Strategy Planning, Test Effort estimation, Test Designing, Test execution, Defect Management and Test reporting.

Will lead a team of Testers in Downstream Global Commercials IT Organization.

Roles Responsibilities

Ability to draft test plans and strategy for any given scope.

Consult and implement right-fit test automation approach Consult on Agile testing and test automation (accelerators, tools).

Deep understanding of different test automation approaches (keyword-driven, Data-driven, BDD, hybrid) and technology stacks (Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, etc.)

Deep practical experience with cutting edge tools for Web, Mobile, DB and Web-service testing (Selenium, SoapUI, etc.)

Adherence to architectural and development best practices including the use of standard architectures, proper use of code management, document design and design artifacts and conduct design/code review.

Prepare Reusable functions, which improve the robustness, re-usability, and maintainability of their test scripts.

The framework should be designed in such a way that it increases and speeds up their productivity effective reporting abilities

The engineer also must support the framework/s, for example, supporting dev/qa with issues using the tool.

The engineer will implement automation test scripts. Integration with the test management tool is also, planned.

Must be able to take on responsibilities and influence the direction of the automation effort, and its schedule and prioritization.

Additionally, candidate will also be involved in supporting the build master implement/improve build test processes, environments, and scripts.

These build tests ensure that the code drops to quality assurance are of the highest quality

Candidate will provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.

You will be a creative and proactive thinker and you will make use of current technologies to provide extensible automation infrastructures.

andidate will be part of a team focusing on automation of an identified set of migration tests, checking they run correctly and working within the infrastructure.

The team would focus on develop and test these automation buckets which would be executed by other teams.

Candidate will be building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
