Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience in MSD CRM or T24
  Thorough knowledge of Vision PLUS and T24
  Skills around digital banking ecosystem and channels - Online Banking(IB/MB) & IVR
  Experience in using testing tools like HP QC and JIRA
• Well versed with Mobile and Internet banking Testing (Both Android and iOS).
  . Good understanding of Mobile /Digital Banking.
  Good communication Skills
• Knowledge of T24, FD, and downstream applications
