Job Description
Dear Candidates,Greetings!!
Have a Opening for CFO role with a company in Noida
Looking for someone from promoter driven company
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company includes passing of Purchase bills, Payment to Employees, Vendors, Claim Settlement, Statutory Dues Payment and Timely Statutory Compliances with respect to GST, Income Tax, Customs etc.
Monitoring Fund position on daily basis.
Review Bank Reconciliation
Oversee financial department team.
Maintains accounting system on SAP.
Ensures business processes, administration, and financial management
Preparing MIS on monthly basis with respect to Profitability, Inventory and Receivables.
Submissions of monthly and quarterly data with respect to Sales and Stock to Banks
Submission of CMA data to Banks and renewal of credit facility
Correspondence with Banks with respect to credit facility and other routine matters
Timely clearance of GST refunds and Export incentives.
Preparing Balance sheet and get it audited from Statutory Auditors.
Handling Income tax Assessments, VAT/GST Audits.
Analysis revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
Assists management to make financial decisions.
Investigates means to improve profitability.
Reviews and processes payments of the company.
Preparing Annual Budget and reviewing the expenses/revenues on monthly basis.
Experience &Skills
12-18 Years in Finance And Account
Minimum 4 Years in finance leadership role
Good communication skills / Team Building Skills
Must have good command over Excel/SAP.
Education
CA/ MBA
