1Roles and Responsibilities

Hi Candidate,

Role Details: HR Recruitment Consultant

Domain - BFSI / Energy / Accounting & finance /customer Service
Primary Responsibilities:-

Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc) .

Contacting candidates, following - up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline
Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
Sourcing through job portals and sharing quality profiles as per Job Description.
Total-experience in recruitment required 1-4 Years.
Must have worked on end to the end recruitment process
Must have a Bachelor's Degree, any field and Master Degree in HR.

Location -sector 49 (Gurgaon )

Education - Graduate /PG / Any degree ,
