Roles and Responsibilities :
- Pleasing personality and attitude.
- Good Communication, listening skills.
- Responsible for reception activities, logging phone calls, record requests & complaints of the clients.
- Attending incoming calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
- Coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintenance of Attendance Register and keeping a track on outdoor duties of the Executive/Staff.
Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate with 6 months - 1 Year relevant experience in managing Front Desk.
