Job Description
Role - Team Lead - Recruiting Coordinator.
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad.
Shift - Night Shift (5.30pm to 2.30am IST)
(Excellent communication skills are MANDATORY)
Looking for candidates with prior team leading experience into Operations, Customer support, BPO with great client management experience - Recruitment exp is a Plus but not mandatory)
Preferably targeting candidates having work exp with big MNC's
(Amazon,Deloitte,Accenture,Dell Etc)
As a Recruiting Coordinator Team Lead, you will create and drive the programs and
processes that help us find, hire and develop the best talent in the world. You will directly
manage, coach and develop others, providing day-to-day team oversight of Recruiting
Coordinators. You will monitor and assist account staff in a matrix based environment to ensure
the clients staffing requirements are met and develop and maintain a positive working
relationship with the client.

What you need to bring:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of direct people management experience
- Experience managing a high-performing, fast-moving team
- Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-
thinking style when problem solving
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
- Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions
