Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle and the deployment of resources
Responsible for the recruitment targets for multiple locations.
Working closely to understand the resource requests and source them in a timely fashion.
Accountable for servicing all recruitment requests from various sources: Internal (within the Organization) and External (Headhunting, Employee Referral, Consulting opportunities in local India market).
Responsible for to final sourcing, screen, interview, and evaluate all levels of candidates for senior positions.
Preparing Job description based on the experience.
Negotiating salaries and joining Dates with qualified candidates and releasing the Offer Letter.
Developing and implementing a robust and cost-effective recruitment strategy.
Meeting recruitment time-lines
Bridge relevant operations of the stakeholders and recruitment team
Single point of Contact on Monthly Recruitment Audit, Monthly SLA Reports & Monthly Resource Hiring Reports.
