Hiring for Customer Support.

Work from Office.

Salary from Rs. 10,500 to Rs 13,500 take home+ PF+ESIC+cab facility

Fresher/ Experience both can apply.

Immediate Joiners only.

Work Location: Kolkata

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Shift: Night Shift. 2 days Week Off.

Candidate should have,

1.Good Communication skills

2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones

3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in night shifts.

5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
