Job description:

MS Office literacy
Basic knowledge of US, EMEA, Asia Pacific, or other non-Indian legal systems
Strong English legal drafting and negotiation skills
Good capability with the usage of tools and resources for legal research like LexisNexis,
Manupatra, Westlaw, etc.
Capable of negotiating commercial contracts terms and conditions when required and as
supported by the customer facing Contract Manager
Provides direct contract assistance to assigned clients on the full range of contract activities
meeting all customer facing Contract Manager and business functions preferences and
requirements
Can take on own customer facing contract responsibilities in conjunction with a customer
facing Contracts Manager mentor
Provides legal assistance in connection within a broad range of sales and procurement
transactions, basic legal counsel support activities such as litigation support, M&A activity,
legal research, etc.
Completely competent in all contracts digital tool functionality, including contracts approval
tools, digital repositories, template creation, etc.
Works with little or no supervision

Required Candidate profile

• Candidate should have Experience in working on Pre-execution of contracts
• Should have experience of Customer Facing directly.
• Should have Non IT contracts experience
• Graduation in LAW is mandatory
• Bachelor Degree in Law with post qualification 6+ years of relevant
• progressive experience.
• Candidate should have Pure contract Manager Profile
