1. Managing in-house social media tools to initiate listening of the brand on social media / digital platforms & ensure QC of the deliverables
2. Ensuring all complaints are tracked on social media from the platform
3. Report and coordinate with Customer Service team to get resolution for all the complaints/queries and ensure that the response received from customer service team is posted back on the relevant digital channels
4. Doing an analysis on the types ok keywords and creating a tagging on the tool so that the cases flow accordingly
5. Tagging the sentiments basis the comments of the customer
6. Cross check on the all the pages if the comments has been replied.
7.Managing the workflow and publishing of social content to the platform - planning and maintaining an editorial calendar, and aligning cross-functionally
8. Sharing the report on a daily basis on the Productivity, Tagging & Sentimental
9. Supervise the ORM team and monitor the social media responses
10. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
