Job Description

A leading US based Food FMCG & Supply Chain Organization is looking for Process Specialist - candidates with strong experience in Accounting & recording of financial transactions in compliance with related accounting controls

The role entails preparation of information and reports for North American internal/external manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities require functional expertise in finance and accounting, strong customer relations and communication skills, and ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+ yrs minimum

Responsibilities

• Perform Raw Material related Accounting activities
• Meet SLA Quality - Accuracy & Timeliness.
• Performing tendering, Advance, Settlement on daily basis.
• Perform timely disbursement and maintain accuracy.
• Send wire summary on daily basis.
• Perform Millfeed tasks on timely basis and maintain accuracy level
• Create Millfeed Contracts & Orders.
• Create Freight, Millfeed, and Miscellaneous Invoices
• Prepare weekly/Monthly reports
• Accurately Prepare journal entries on Monthly basis.
• Take lead and support other profit centers
• Ensure Team goals and KPIs are consistently met
• Utilize custom and ad hoc reporting to assist teams with providing customer analytics
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
• Support business continuity to meet critical business objective
• Follow escalation process to meet the set deadlines
