Urgent opening for Accounts Receivables profile.

Designation: Accounts Receivable execuitve

Location: Reay road (byculla), Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate B.com/ BAF

Experience:2 to 3 year.

• Accounting for Royalty and all related charges
• Accounting credit notes on timely basis
• Following up for Royalty payment - Ensuring all Royalties come in same month
• Checking partnership expense supporting
• Accounting for security deposits for new stores
• Follow-up for renewals and confirmation for new franchises from accounts side
• Raising invoices for Franchise fees and ensuring completeness of the same
• Royalty Payment tracker - Including Partner royalties
• Ledger confirmation from Debtors
• Tracker for Royalty credits given
• Franchise fees deferment tracker
• To check raw material consumption at franchises and follow-up for proper updation
• To coordinate with different teams and ensure all stock transfers done by franchises are approved
• Computation of royalty on material consumption basis

Required Skills

• Good Communication Skill
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Excel
