Bench Sales recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

Must have good communication skills. Must be fluent in English.

Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills

Must have strong knowledge on US Staffing and Bench Sales.

Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors.

Good knowledge about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099,

Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.

Using social networks and research to build internal database and recruit passive candidates

Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Must be a result-oriented self-starter with ability to meet deadlines.

Hands on working with Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Indeed and social media Platforms.

Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source requirements for Candidates. Send your resume to kh***r@ci**************s.com .


OPT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities


.Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Should contact recent Master students in United States and encourage them to join our consultancy.
  • Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and placement program.
  • Should have proper understanding of visa status like OPT , CPT, H1B, GC etc.
  • Should understand about the time zones of United States like EST, CST, MST , PST.
  • Should be able to work on like Dice, Monster, etc .
  • Must possess some knowledge on how the recruitment process works.
  • Good negotiation skills, convincing skills.
  • Must be able to reach the monthly targets.

Skills needed :

  • Candidate must possess very good written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in the US shifts.
  • Must possess appropriate level of computer literacy.
  • Should be target oriented.
