Roles and Responsibility

JD for CRM Functional:

Support Engineer for CRM Functional Role

At least 2 years Techno ? functional experience MS CRM

Skilled on Applications/Sales & Marketing/Services or Platforms

Adequate Product knowledge

The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems

Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem solving and identify the root cause of issues

Experience in providing application support, including fixing bugs / issues & readiness to work for large scale technical support engagements

Flexible to work for Americas shift (Night shift) for long term requirement

Experience in a 24/7 production environment and Customer support Engagement
