Urgent Requirement of Rmo-mbbs Freshers @ Fortis Healthcare

Job Description

To attend any new patient (admission) immediately.

To take a proper history of the patient (If he is in a position to give it on his own) or from his relative.

Examine the patient.

Check any previous records, if available and enter the relevant details in the initial assessment sheet.

Record all the details in the history sheet.

The patient or his relative to go through all the details and sign the initial assessment sheet.

Inform the respective consultant about the admission and follow his/her orders.

Instruct the nursing staff about the necessary orders to be carried out.

If theres a transfer of in-patient from the ICU; read the transfer summary carefully and follow the instructions given and examine the patient thoroughly and record this as transfer in summary in the doctor progress notes.

Inform the respective consultants and carry out their orders. Inform the nursing staff if about any changes in the line of treatment.

To take rounds and examine individual patients. Inform the respective consultant/ Registrars about any new findings.

To enter the details of each and every patient in the ward module.

Attend rounds with the respective consultants and carry out their orders and document these in the relevant forms. Inform the nursing staff on duty about the same.

Required Candidate profile

Required Education: MBBS
Preferred Education: MBBS
Experience:
Freshers/1-3years of Experience in the relevant field.
