As the Unlock Process ( Banking ) has already begun Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Customer Service Associate (Work from Office )

Job Role:

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Location- Malad , Andheri east

Required Skills:-

Basic computer knowledge

Good communication skills

Process : inbound and outbound process

Qualification: Any Graduate Fresher/ HSC + 6 months of Experience

Shift Timing: - Rotational Day Shift. ( 1 rotational work off)

No trasport facility Provided

Salary:- Max 2.40 LPA

Mandatory language- English, Hindi
