Job Description
- Will be working for Robotics Process Automation COE of Commercial Banking.
- Will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by automating system processes within mature technology environments.
- Will be working on the top priority application for the Commercial Bank which would need application process knowledge and advanced problem solving skills.
- Primary role will be to write programs using tool specific scripting language to automate the business process
- Ensure the testing results correspond to the business expectations
- Will participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications; identify/troubleshoot application code-related issues; and review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
- Will document the detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules and develop/Enhance software application modules.
- Will participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations; incorporate security requirements into design; and provide input to information/data flow, and understand and comply to Project Life Cycle Methodology in all planning steps.
- Will also adhere to IT Control Policies throughout design, development and testing and incorporate Corporate Architectural Standards into application design specifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer science or equivalent with relevant experience
- Overall 5+ years of Hands-on working knowledge on Industry RPA tools like Automation AnyWhere, WinAutomation, Blue Prism,
- Minimum 5+ Hands-on working knowledge on automation & Scripting languages & Framework Java Script, Selenium, QTP, .Net
- Deep understanding and working knowledge of Agile Methodology SCRUM, XP-Practices
- Design, coding, testing and debugging skills must to have
- Customer focus mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures
- Experience with the Financial Services industry
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment and handle multiple issues at one time
