Ensure monthly financial forecasts are prepared by circles and review of the same. Analysis of Variances of Actuals vs AOP and Forecast and identify measures to close the gaps
Preparation of various month end financial analysis for the circles including Ideal vs Actual P&L and variance analysis thereof.
Engage in finance reviews of the circles and identify improvement areas and tracking of the same with Circles.
Preparation of monthly MIS and presentations for review by management
Perform Balance Sheet Integrity reviews for the circles on a quarterly basis and closure of all pending issues.
Preparation of AOP for all circles and alignment with various stakeholders.
Automation of reports to have better controls
Co-ordination for Control self-assessment with Circles.
Analysis of the improvement areas in the Circle Finance Scorecards and driving implementation of improvements with the circles
Ensure implementation of the accounting guidelines and policies by circles.
Support in various strategic initiative projects viz, accounting processes improvement, rent, energy,
Monitor and continuously develop financial and control systems to ensure responsiveness to business' needs
Coordination with circle finance teams for monthly & quarterly closing and quarter end audits

ICWA / CA with 2-4 years of experience.
MBA in Finance with 5 years of experience.
