Experience: 5 to 10Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 45 Days

Location: Pune

Job Description:

• Hands-on experience developing dynamic, personalized marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and forms leveraging HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• The MC Developer is also proficient in SQL and has experience in using Marketing Cloud APIs. Responsibilities
• Configure data models using Data Extensions, Shared Data Extensions, and the Contact model in Contact Builder
• Configure ETL processes in Automation Studio Create SQL queries to access platform data stored in Data Views and Send Logs in conjunction with other Data Extensions for reporting and audience segmentation
• Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using AMPscript and/or SSJS
• Build static (landing pages) and dynamic (data forms, custom preference pages) Marketing Cloud web pages in conjunction with web frameworks
• Manage the Contact deletion process
• Leverage Marketing Cloud REST and SOAP APIs for custom solutions requiring integration with external endpoints
• Manage and monitor templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and troubleshoot as necessary
• Unit test developed solutions
• Troubleshoot and remediate issues related to assets created in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Escalate identified issues as required to Salesforce
• Support the execution of sophisticated multichannel campaigns from a technical perspective
