Job Profile: -

• The key responsibility is to build a high performing distribution network of Agent Advisors and enable them to sell life insurance policies.
• Post joining, you will undergo an intensive training program focused upon Insurance industry, products, sales processes and agency channel management.
• After the successful completion of training you will be required to meet your sales target by recruiting, managing and driving a team of Agent Advisors.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Minimum Graduate in any field mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of Sales Experience in any field mandatory. BFSI Experience preferred.
• Age: Min - 24 Yrs, Max - 40 Yrs
