Senior Program Manager - Hyderabad @ Microsoft

Are you passionate about devices and experiences The Windows Team is defining the next generation of products to engage in and delight our customers. We re looking for a talented Senior program manager who can help shape experiences, build partnerships and grow business for Surface Hub Windows. The PM will collaborate across disciplines to drive new experiences, drive software planning, implementation and integration.

• Define the functional specifications for Teams OS on Surface Hub across multiple partner teams .
• Drive definition of requirements, dependencies, work breakdowns, implementation plans and software integration planning across all disciplines.

• Conceptualize unique and delightful experiences for customers.
• Own key business metrics for surface hub business growth globally.
• Anticipate risks; assess, mitigate, and manage accordingly.
• Organize and present program reviews/status to engineering, business, and senior management.

• Strong knack for end user experience and creativity in solving problems.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or other engineering discipline defining, driving, and shipping products through multiple ship cycles.
• Held responsibility for the creation of functional specifications, project schedules and building plans to deliver.
• Enthusiastic, attention to detail, results-oriented , organized, motivated and self-driven.
• Strong strategic leadership and analytical skills.

• Solid critical thinking and questioning skills.
• Outstanding track record of accomplishing results in a matrix environment, working collaboratively across boundaries and influencing other teams.
• Excellent communication skills
• High degree of flexibility - willing to fill in the gaps rather than relying on others.
• Having worked on Windows or HCI is a plus.

• Experience with hardware design / partner development is a plus.
• A Bachelor s degree is required. A master s degree is a plus.
