We are hiring HR MIS - executive for Ghansoli location

• Should have excellent knowledge of advanced excel
• Preparing HR Dashboards, building charts and graphs, strong in data analytics & a critical thinker
• Analyse and maintain all HR system access, ensuring appropriate controls are in place
• Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Ensure relevant documentation is available for all HR systems/reporting processes and procedures
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels across the organization
• Strong team-working skills, focusing on sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
• Good understanding of the business structure (all entities)

Requirement -

Minimum 1 year experience in MIS in excel & advanced excel

should be ok working 6 days
