Desired Candidate Profile

JOB REQUIREMENT :

- 8+ years of industry experience

- Desire for leadership role

- Professional experience with JavaScript

- Professional experience with Git

- Experience with a JavaScript-based framework, such as Vue.js or AngularJS is expected

- Experience with ES6 is desirable

- Familiarity with TypeScript is desirable

- Knowledge of RESTful services

- Proficiency with object oriented design principles and working knowledge of Linux OS

- Design experience with multi-tier web architectures

- Ability to articulate and quickly adopt development best practices

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Willingness to work as a member of a team, including participating in peer code reviews and maintaining project and operational documentation

- Ability to work as part of a geographically diverse team

- Ability to create and review documentation and test plans

- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent

- Expected to lead a team of 2-3 less experienced engineers

- Coach and mentor junior engineers in Web development and best practices

- Maintain and resolve bugs in existing components

- Work with Product Development to understand project requirements and other engineers to implement completed wireframes and designs.

- Provide regular project status updates to team Lead

- Work with other engineers in following the test driven methodology in an agile environment

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  M.Tech - Computers, Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
