Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates must have experience in End 2 End IT recruitments for Permanent & staffing (1 year- 4 years)
Should have experience working on Full time & C2H requirements. Both Generic and Niche requirements.
Must have experience in working for direct clients and Implementation partners.
Should have good experience in the Boolean Search Strings (like AND OR NOT etc.)
Should have good experience Screening and sourcing of resumes & well versed with various job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
Scheduling telephonic and F2F interviews for the short-listed candidates
Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure
Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database
