Job Description
Role
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Management Skills.
- Developing new project plans in consultation with stakeholders, including clients and staff.
- Outlining the human and material resources required to successfully complete each project.
- Formulating a resource allocation strategy and utilizing this to distribute work and finances.
- Monitoring staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines.
- Excellent Project reporting.
Scrum Master Skills:
- Experience in a scrum master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user
stories, backlog refinement)
- Hands on experience in performing all scrum ceremonies.

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
- Scrum master certification is Mandatory
