Job Description

Operating of all instruments which are present in PD Lab.
Preventive and Maintenance of Instruments as per SOP.
Internal calibration to instruments and preparation report of calibration.
Filling, Sealing, Labelling and Packaging of all batches which are preparing in Laboratory.
Packaging samples as per required stability.
Temperature records Refrigerator, Oven and Control room etc.
Monthly chlorine cleaning of Milli Q water purification system.
Indent for lab consumable items as per required PD Lab.
RLD/ Innovator entry in Log book.
Listing and coding of API and excipients which are required PD Department.
Preparation of gate pass to send material outside SRC.
Preparation of destruction certificate for destroying sample.
Time to time checking of control document with master list.
Various activities with the scientist at the time of preparation of formulations.
Preparation of labels as per requirements for PD lab use.
Preparation of Monthly stationary requirement for PD department.
