Job Description

Urgently Required Designation Trainer - Spot CC for a company at Andheri (Mumbai)
Training New Agents on Product & Process
Updating agents about new Product / Process / Feature related changes.
Review employee performance and learning
Creating & Updating training content
Ability to train, Coach New & Old team members.
Excellent knowledge of Call Centre training & implementation.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Knowledge of Product & Process
Should be Patient and Polite and Engaging
Should have experience of working in Domestic CC.
Preferred Language Candidate should be fluent in English
Salary Package
Minimum CTC - 4,20,000
Maximum CTC - 4,50,000
Working Hours
Six days working, One week off.
Rotational Shifts, No night shifts.
Interviews Process
HR screening - 1st Round.
Aptitude Test - 2nd Round.
Operations Team - 3rd Round.
Final - 4th Round.
Note : The candidate will have to give the aptitude test in the Mumbai Office. Rest interview will be telephonic interviews.
