Spearheaded the Regional and Multi-location HR operations with team.
For around 500+ Employees (On Company Rolls & Third Party, Spread in North Region)
Involved in handling roles like Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee On boarding / Induction, Talent Management, Employee Engagement / Welfare, Talent Development Employee Relations, Statutory Compliances PF,PMS,ESIC, Shop and Establishment, Min. Wages, Employee Exits, etc.
Authorized to handle Legal cases (Manpower Related), drafting of legal replies against the letter received from claimants / Labor office in consultation with Legal function, represent company as 'Management Representative' in Labour cases.
Managing & Preparing Dashboards HRIS & business related at Regional level.
