Job Description

Excellent Chance for Fresher / Experience to work in TOP Most MNC's ( Fluent English / Hindi Candidates )

Domestic: Banking Voice Process (Bank of Baroda )

Language: English and Hindi

Salary: 18,700CTC and 15,700 (on hand)

Shift Time:

Boys :[24*7]

Girls :[7 am to 7 pm ]

For boys: 24*7 shift / For Girls: Day

Location : Whitefield

Cab Facility: One way cab

Work Role :

Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner and provides
outstanding service to the customer throughout the duration of the call.
Responds to incoming/outgoing calls from the customers to solve queries and
provide alternative options also to change any account information with General
maintenance upon customers
Ensure resolutions are provided keeping in mind call control and call duration as
prescribed by the client SLA.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills
Polite and customer service oriented
Able to comprehend customer queries and provide the relevant resolve
Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
Typing Skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy

Qualification: HSC fresher / GA (Not want engineer)

6 days working (1 rotational week off)
