Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead/Head who can actively source candidates for placing them at plant/ factory locations in and outside Pune.

- Source candidates from ITI and other colleges for placing them at client locations

- Experience in blue-collar/ ITI trainee recruitment is must.

- Should have worked in a labour contractor agency (preferred).

- Willing to travel for recruitment related work

- Must be proficient in MS-Excel

- Good communication skills

- Ability to provide required manpower in the given time frame.

- Placing candidates at client locations and registering them on government portals under NEEM, NAPS, TISS schemes.
