Customizing the search process by aligning it with the client needs and then sourcing, interviewing and selecting profiles as per specifications of the mandate.

Mapping, identifying, sourcing and qualifying potential candidates as per the requirements of the assignment.

Managing Leadership Hiring for Hexaware .

Hiring for all verticals/domains and niche skills.

Stakeholder management & weekly reviews with all Business Leaders totrack progress on the hirings.

Handling the documentation and the offer generation process.

Maintaining Monthly closure tracker and excel sheets of different positions.

Requirement -

Min 3 years of experience in Leadership Hiring .

Good comms skills and should be tech-savvy and have digital hiring exposure .
