Job Description

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to solve problems using different methodologies and data sources in the context of customer, engineering , and business needs
Collaborate with Program Managers, Engineer s , and Designers to understand and recommend where to invest resources that optimize our product funnel
Use data exploration techniques to discover new opportunities within a problem area or user scenario
Engage with stakeholders to produce clear, compelling, and actionable insights that influence product and service improvements that will impact millions of customers
Excellent communication skills, ability to present and write reports, and strong team work preferred

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

2+ years experience in Python / R or other OOP language
3 + years of hands-on experience with data science or analytics in a business context

Preferred Qualifications :

BS/BA in the relevant technical field, Computer Science or Mathematics
Machine Learning, Data Science, and statistical modeling experience preferred
P roven track record of influencing product or business decisions
Experience with user research techniques and incorporating customer feedback in analysis
Ability to communicate complex findings across disciplines and leadership levels
Strong development skills in scripting and query languages such as scope scripts, Powershell , Azure Data Explorer, or SQL
