Our client is leading Overseas Education Consultant provides quality services in the field of overseas education consultants in Hyderabad, India. They offer comprehensive services to students and professionals from all parts of India, who wish to study, work and settle in the United States of America, UK, Canada, Ireland, Hong Kong, Denmark, New Zealand, Germany, Singapore and Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Handling calls both inbound and outbound tracking and making recommendation for enhancing customer experience
• Handling customer requirements and follow up cold calling and getting appointments for sales team
• Promoting the products
• Customer follow-up

Requirements:

• Qualification : Any Graduate
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years
• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Good convincing and management skills.
• Require good Computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Female candidates preferable
