Desired Candidate Profile
The Sr. Specialist position is responsible for providing proactive and effective support to the Trading FitB. The position is a regional profile supporting primarily Trading Entity SENA & STRM various MI Planning & Appraisal activities; however a lot of MI reports will involve consolidation of MI data from various Global Trading Entities. The candidate must be able to demonstrate knowledge and expertise to perform their work independently with minimal supervision. The Sr. Specialist must possess strong analytical & problem solving skills as well as strong communication skills and be capable of developing effective relationships with their onshore stakeholders and business partners.The Sr. Specialist will handle a variety of financial/business activities related to financial reporting including additional activities migrations if any. This includes reporting and analysis of monthly financials, preparation and submission of Management Information packs, commentaries / explaining variances, monthly / quarterly submissions of SENA & STRM Entities and adhoc MI analysis.
The Sr. Specialist is also expected to identify opportunities for optimization, streamlining processes and achieving greater organizational efficiency
Principal Accountabilities:
To implement a fit for purpose content and quality review processes to ensure the quality of MI and Analysis is of the required standards.
To be directly accountable for review of critical and more complex deliverables, in the light of business intimacy and business context gained.
Supporting T&S Interface Manager and RPM team members in migration of MI activities from trading entities to Finance Operations and coordinate smooth go live as measured by appropriate migration methodology.
Manages workloads, multiple demands and request, and competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high quality and integrity of deliverables.
Physical - ongoing operations:
Provide support and liaising with various Trading entities and regions within Trading organization
BP/LE support for G&P SENA
Ad hoc financial and business decision support.
In-depth Business knowledge and finance content knowledge required
Interface Management:
G&P SENA STRM division Finance team, RPM, Finance Manager
Other RPM , BCR, CoB/Functions Finance staff
Central MI, Planning & Finance team.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: CA
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
