Responsibilities
2 years of relevant experience in Recruitment IT/NON IT hiring
An Experience headhunter in European Recruitment
Exposure in sourcing of EU 27 nations.
Excellent in Talent Mapping
This role has more to cater eastern Europe than the west
Applicant must be comfortable in NON IT
Must know what country of Europe has what skills
Must have strong hold on passive recruitment tools. Like LinkedIn, Indeed & Monster
Must demonstrate strong reasoning skills.
Must have ability to strategize sourcing activities as this geography involves lot of brainstorming before going hands on
Good communication skills.
Qualification Any graduate full time
Desired / Preferred Skills
Good Oral and written communication.
Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, Word
Knowledge on Europe Recruitment
Should be ok to work in Voice process
Must have skills

Job Description for US Recruitment:
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in IT Recruitment for U.S market with strong understanding of multiple IT technologies, visa types, tax terms and market trend
- Good experience in sourcing profiles from job portals (Dice/ Monster/Indeed), LinkedIn, internet search engines and other websites
- Hands-on experience in sourcing active and passive candidates using multiple recruiting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with the candidates and colleague
- Have the ability to multi task and meet aggressive recruitment targets within defined timelines
- Good experience in MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.
- Willingness to work in night shift (U.S timings)
- Will have to do analysis on all recruitment related reports and publish them as per agreed timelines
- Coordination between Internal HR Spocs and candidates on offers, joining and inductions related activities
