Understand and brainstorm with client on desired output
Work with the team to produce desired client requirement
Create and implement tailored plans based on requirements.
Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all supports are brand appropriate.
Supervise SBUs daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Develop exceptional and well-crafted proposals that meet clients requirements.
Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
Monitor online and offline, and report on results.
Build and manage the organization's requirements.
Hiring, training, coaching, the team as they provide support for customers.
Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understanding, educating the team regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to them.
Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing goals.
Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Preparing reports and analyzing data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
