Role:
To plan, develop and implement Retail Operations strategy & Execution at store level, and drive business results to achieve the set financial objectives of sales, profit & ROI for the Districts
Identify the operation challenges for long term business progress.
Responsibility:
To plan, develop and implement Retail Operations strategy & Execution at store level, and drive business results to achieve the set financial objectives of sales and profitability
Identify the operation challenges for long term business progress.
To coordinate with Store team and other functions to achieve desired organizational results.
Thorough in Process knowledge and Store Operation
Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly and yearly stores sales targets are met with respect to district assigned
Internal Interaction with SCM, Store Operations, marketing, People Office, Store Planning etc
Annual Revenue Handling of Rs. 40 to 50 Crore Plus
Maintain In-stocks availability at store level
To drive achievement of LOB financials, sales, margins, Reduce shrinkage etc
Plan and develop team, training etc
Plan, implement & analyze promotions to improve sales
Process Improvement in Mystery Audit, Food Safety, Fire Safety, Cashier Efficiency etc
Experience: ( Must be from FMCG Retail / QSR /FOOD Background)
Min 5 Years in Retail Store Operations
Incumbent who has handled a group of stores/ Sales team under him and responsible for sales worth 40 Cr Plus Annually
Candidate should be predominantly from FMCG and Food Background.
