Job Description

Role: Customer Service Associate

Job Location: Gurgaon - WORK FROM OFFICE

Shift window: 5.30 PM to 7.30 AM

Salary: As per industry norms + Night shift allowance + Transport allowance

Education: Any graduate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Make Outbound calls for Client enrolment- prior experience in working in inbound/ outbound, emails- Target oriented campaigns
Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable Customer value
Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
Balance customer interests with the interests of client.
Gather relevant information from customers as required and update it accurately to facilitate the decision process.
Candidate should be open to work in India time nights shifts as we have a 24/7 work environment
Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
Continuous intense follow ups with the prospective clients in order to achieve the required targets.
Actively participate in and drive the continuous improvement culture. SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience in financial services, campaign management
Ability to support Business and provide solutions to customer pain points
Ability to handle complex and ambiguous scenarios
Ability to effectively and efficiently complete difficult goals or assignments
Can adapt well to changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident in using Microsoft Package (especially Excel)
Fluent English skills are required for this role
Direct experience in Contact Centre Operations (Customer Service via outbound , inbound and Emails)
